How do I place a custom order?

Please use our Request A Quote form to send a message. You'll receive a response within 24-48 hrs. We will then set up a zoom meeting to discuss order. MEETINGS ARE MANDATORY FOR CUSTOM ORDERS.
What are the artwork upload requirements?

.PNG, PDF, or Ai files only. Please make sure artwork is clear and sized correctly. 300 DPI is REQUIRED. 

Custom cut artwork REQUIRES a consultation.

You MUST upload artwork in the correct sizing or your artwork will be REJECTED!

i.e: 4ftx8ft Print must be sized at 48"x96"

WE DO NOT ALTER UPLOADED ARTWORK.

Make sure to save artwork in CMYK.
How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What if I gave the wrong shipping address?

If your address is incorrect, please send an email sheprintedit@gmail.com as soon as possible. It can be changed if the order has NOT been shipped. 
When will I get my order?

All items are custom made and will be completed within 7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

All US orders are shipped First Class or Priority Mail, depending on weight. You'll receive tracking info once item is shipped.

We cannot control delivery services once packages have left our office. Items are shipped from Capitol Heights, MD.
What is the return policy?

She Printed It does not accept returns. If your item is defected we will issue a store credit.

DTF FAQs

What is Direct to Film Transfers?- Direct to film printing is a unique printing technology that involves printing designs onto special films for transfer onto garments. These transfers can be adhered to any fabric type of any color.

Uploading your design - .PNG or PSD files only. Background must be transparent or artwork will be rejected. Please make sure artwork is clear and sized correctly. 300 DPI preferred. WE DO NOT ALTER ARTWORK. Make sure to save CMYK files as PSD.

Processing time is 5-7 business days.

Pressing Instructions: 

This is a cold peel transfer.

Press at 330 degrees Fahrenheit.

  • Pre-press the shirt for 10 seconds to get the moisture out.
  • Place transfer on garment with teflon sheet and press for 15 seconds.
  • Allow transfer to completely cool.
  • Remove carrier sheet.
  • Press again for 10 seconds using the teflon sheet.
  • Tag us on social media showing your process and final product!
